What you share

Our access-request form asks for your name, work email and company or team. You can also tell us about your brand, market or research question. Those details are optional. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message. Please leave out confidential information, including client material you do not have permission to share.

How we use it

We store form submissions in Supabase, our database provider. The Surfaced team uses the information you share to respond to your request and discuss your research question, scope and access for your team.

We may use Slack to notify our team of new requests. Those internal notifications may include your name, work email, company or team, and the optional information you provide.

Website analytics and hosting

This website does not load analytics or session replay tools. We store a hashed network identifier with form submissions to limit spam. Our hosting service also processes basic request information to serve and protect the website.
